Welcome to the website of Fields & Trees
We are a non-profit organisation set up for the purpose of creating new wildflower meadows, woodlands and wildlife habitats.
The purpose of making Fields & Trees Ltd a non-profit organisation was to enable us to raise funds to purchase land with the view to first regenerate then protect it as new woodlands, wildflower meadows and wildlife habitats.
Our aims:
- To create new woodlands, wildflower meadows and specific wildlife habitats
- To regenerate land previously used for intensive farming or industry
- To help individuals and companies make a difference to their local environment through various offsetting projects.
- To protect these new habitats for the future and where possible ensure they are accessible to the local community.
- To work with existing wildlife and conservation groups to help with current campaigns.
This idea has developed over time into what we now call ‘Project Fields & Trees’. We aim to raise funds for the project by principally offering a plan we call ‘Land offsetting’ - click for more
